Recipe 1: banana and cinnamon ice cream
What you will need
- Bananas 3
- Yogurt I packet
- Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Honey 1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon 1 tablespoon
Method:
- Cut your banana, put them in a zip lock bag and pop it in the freezer for about 2 hours.
- Once it is frozen, take is out and pop it in the chopper with all of the rest ingredients.
- Blend until and smooth mixture is formed. Enjoy
Recipe 2: blueberry ice cream
What you will need
- Yogurt 1 packet
- Vanilla essence 2 teaspoons
- Blueberries 150 g
- Pinch of salt
- Sugar 4 tablespoons
Method:
- Just like you did with the banana, put the blueberries in the freezer and let it freeze for about 2 hours.
- Blend it with the other ingredients and blend until a creamy texture is achieved.
- Scoop it out into a bowl and garnish with fresh blueberries.
Recipe 3: fruit lollies
What you will need:
- Mangoes 2
- Fruit juice 2 cups
- Honey 2 tablespoon
- Sugar (according to your taste)
Method:
- You can chop the fruit piece if you have bigger chunks in your lollies or you can grind it or a smoother texture.
- Now mix chopped or ground fruit with other ingredients and taste before proceeding forward
- Pour the mixture into the lolly moulds and let them sit in the freezer for 2 hours. Voila!
