Recipe 1: banana and cinnamon ice cream

What you will need

  • Bananas 3
  • Yogurt I packet
  • Sugar 2 tablespoons
  • Honey 1 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon 1 tablespoon

Method:

  • Cut your banana, put them in a zip lock bag and pop it in the freezer for about 2 hours.
  • Once it is frozen, take is out and pop it in the chopper with all of the rest ingredients.
  • Blend until and smooth mixture is formed. Enjoy

Recipe 2: blueberry ice cream

What you will need

  • Yogurt 1 packet
  • Vanilla essence 2 teaspoons
  • Blueberries 150 g
  • Pinch of salt
  • Sugar 4 tablespoons

Method:

  • Just like you did with the banana, put the blueberries in the freezer and let it freeze for about 2 hours.
  • Blend it with the other ingredients and blend until a creamy texture is achieved.
  • Scoop it out into a bowl and garnish with fresh blueberries.

Recipe 3: fruit lollies

What you will need:

  • Mangoes 2
  • Fruit juice 2 cups
  • Honey 2 tablespoon
  • Sugar (according to your taste)

Method:

  • You can chop the fruit piece if you have bigger chunks in your lollies or you can grind it or a smoother texture.
  • Now mix chopped or ground fruit with other ingredients and taste before proceeding forward
  • Pour the mixture into the lolly moulds and let them sit in the freezer for 2 hours. Voila!
